Does frequent DC fast charging really degrade LFP cells faster?

I've been reading conflicting reports on LFP degradation. Some say the chemistry is more tolerant to fast charging, but others claim the BMS limits are more conservative to protect the anode. I mainly use AC charging at home, but on road trips I rely on 250 kW chargers. Should I worry about capacity fade over time? Anyone with long-term data from an LFP pack that's been fast-ch
