Best EU roaming tariff for road trips?

I'm planning a long summer trip through France, Germany and Austria with the EV. Right now I'm juggling three different apps and two RFID cards, and honestly it's a pain. Some networks charge ridiculous out-of-network rates, and the one tariff I found that seems to cover most of Europe has a steep monthly fee I don't need at home. Are people just accepting the fragmentation, or have you found a decent pay-as-you-go roaming option that works across borders? Also curious if anyone is using their home wallbox provider's roaming network and whether the prices are fair compared to local rates. I'd rather not carry a stack of cards. What's your setup?
