Winter range drop: anyone else seeing 30% loss?

First real winter with my EV and the range hit is bigger than I expected. I'm seeing nearly a third less on my usual commute, even with the car parked in a garage overnight. Pre-conditioning while plugged in helps a bit, but once the battery gets cold on the motorway, the efficiency just tanks. Also noticed the tyres have worn faster in the last few months. Is this normal? Anyone found a good way to measure real-world range without obsessing over the guessometer? I'm wondering if I should start inflating the tyres more for winter or if that makes things worse. Would be good to hear what actual owners are doing to cope.
