Model Y vs Mach-E: Real range after 2 years?

Two years into my Model Y Long Range and the EPA range of 330 miles is a fantasy. Summer mixed driving gets me maybe 260, winter drops to 210. Charging at home covers me, but I'm wondering if the Mach-E is any better. A buddy with a Premium AWD says he's seeing similar real-world numbers. He also complains about the Ford's software lag. My Tesla just got a big update that added a few miles back after balancing the pack. But build quality? My panel gaps are fine, his Mach-E feels tighter inside. Both have great tech, but I'm curious what owners are seeing now. Is the ioniq 5 actually the smarter buy for the money, considering it has a heat pump standard on most trims? What's your experience with degradation after the first couple years?
