Anyone else tired of juggling five charging apps across Europe?

Every time I cross a border on a road trip, it feels like I need a separate app, RFID card, or account for the local network. Home charging is sorted, but public charging is still a mess. I was in Belgium last week and ended up paying almost double because I couldn't use my usual provider. Are we ever going to see proper roaming agreements like we have with mobile phones? Or is there a trick I'm missing to actually streamline this? What networks do you guys rely on when travelling abroad? Also, does the charging curve on newer cars make up for this, or is it still all about finding the fast ones that actually work?
