Depot charging vs. en route: what's your fleet's real bottleneck?

We run a mixed box truck fleet and are looking at going electric. Everywhere I read focuses on cold-weather range or payload, but my biggest headache is depot charging slot scheduling. With 20 trucks needing to leave by 6am, we're looking at a lot of chargers. I can't find real-world numbers on how fleets handle this without tripling the electrical service. Are operators relying on overnight trickle charging, or is fast charging at the terminal actually worth it for short regional routes? Also curious how those of you with electric vans are handling peak demand charges on the utility bill. Feels like the infrastructure is the real gatekeeper, not the truck itself.
