EV tyres after 20k miles – wear rates and replacements?

Just passed 20k miles in my EV and the dealer says the original tyres are close to the wear markers, which feels early compared to what I’m used to from petrol cars. I know the instant torque and extra weight play a part, but I’m curious what others are seeing. Are there specific EV-rated tyres that actually last longer, or is that mostly marketing? Also, any tips on extending life – I’ve heard rotation matters more on EVs, but my garage says they won’t do it unless the manufacturer lists it. I’m also starting to think about winter driving soon, so if anyone has experience with all-season vs dedicated winter tyres on an EV, I’d love to hear it before I spend the money.
