Does DC fast charging to 100% really hurt LFP packs?

I keep reading that LFP tolerates full charges better than NMC, but my manual still says avoid DC fast charging past 80% unless you need the range. Mine has done roughly 40 fast-charge sessions, most to 90-100%, and at 60k miles I cannot detect any
