LFP daily 100% charge: how bad is calendar aging?

I've had my LFP car for two years and 48,000 km, and I've been charging to 100% almost nightly at home on 7 kW because the manual says to. My scan tool shows about 3% capacity loss so far, which seems reasonable, but I keep reading that holding LFP at a high state of charge still accelerates calendar aging even if the BMS wants a full pack for balancing. Curious what the data actually says here. Has anyone seen real degradation curves comparing nightly 100% versus 80% charging on LFP? Also wondering whether the balancing benefit is worth topping up weekly rather than daily.
