Ioniq 6 real-world range vs Model 3 owners?

I'm cross-shopping a used Ioniq 6 Long Range and a Model 3 LR, both around two years old. The EPA numbers look close, but I keep seeing wildly different real-world highway reports. Owners, what are you actually getting at 70-75 mph in mild weather? Also curious about winter losses and whether the Ioniq's 800V charging advantage matters on the older 350 kW sites. Ride comfort and seat comfort on long trips are big for me, and I'm wary of Tesla's insurance quotes and Hyundai dealer service wait times. Any reliability gripes or equipment you wish you'd skipped? Trying to buy once and keep it six or seven years.
